Description of the project idea: 
The Project will develop a more effective response on the part of stakeholders engaged in vocational education to the needs of young migrants particularly the most vulnerable individuals including those with low skills and young unaccompanied adults aged 18 – 24 years. A number of regions within the Central Baltic area are facing this challenge and cross border collaboration will facilitate an exchange of experience and best practice and the development of innovative tools and methodologies adding value to existing practice and initiatives
