Description of the project idea: 
The challenge in this project is to develop tailored education / training and support programmes to assist young people in the 18 – 30 age group with a history of mental health problems to address their social exclusion and gain access to skills and employment opportunities and related support. Cross-border cooperation will enable regions in the programme area who are facing similar growing challenges in addressing the needs of this target group to collaborate in developing innovative solutions which will add genuine value to existing practice and initiatives.
