Staff costs tool

Reporting staff costs correctly is important both from the partner point of view as well as from the Programme point of view. To facilitate the reporting of staff costs for persons working for the project part time with a flexible number of hours, the programme has developed a Staff Cost Tool. The first version of the tool was published in June 2017. The latest version was just updated.

The Staff Costs Tool use is compulsory when using the flexible number of hours option and insures a proper audit trail. The tool is easy to use and will automatically lead to the correct application of the chosen method, whether it is annual hourly rate or monthly hourly rate.

The Tool also includes time sheets that can be used in case the project partner does not have a FLC's approved time sheet system of his/her own.  
 
The Tool also provides guidance on how to fill it in.
