The Central Baltic Programme 2014-2020 finances result orientated cross-border cooperation projects in Estonia, Finland (incl Åland), Latvia and Sweden

Here are simple tips to get started with the Central Baltic Programme and your project idea:
  • Identify if your idea matches the programme goals? Every project should be based on a well-defined need and contribute to one of the Programme Objectives, defined in the programme draft.
  • Who are the right partners to carry this out? Establish a strong partnership for your project that that complement each other with different types of experience and levels of expertise.
  • Each project needs to show how partners will work together across borders towards a common goal.
