Lead Partner Seminar

A Lead Partner seminar for projects approved under the Fifth Call will take place on 5–6 May 2026 in Tallinn, Estonia. The event will be hosted at Hilton Tallinn Park and is designed to support Lead Partners in the successful implementation of their projects.

The seminar will focus on key aspects of project management and delivery. The programme starts on 5 May with sessions dedicated to the Lead Partner’s role and responsibilities during project implementation. The first day will conclude with an informal evening programme at the seminar venue, including a networking dinner and short project introductions, offering participants the opportunity to exchange experiences and perspectives.

On 6 May, the agenda will continue with practical guidance from the Joint Secretariat, covering topics such as project eligibility and communication requirements. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet national Contact Points, who will present their roles and the support available to projects throughout the implementation period.

Participation in the seminar is by direct invitation only and targeted at Lead Partners and key project staff involved in day-to-day implementation.
