Overview of the Fifth Call Received Applications
The Fifth Call for Project Proposals, open from 10 March to 30 September 2025, attracted strong participation from organisations across the Central Baltic region. A total of 119 project applications were submitted, showing interest across all Programme Objectives.
The applications are reflecting a broad interest in different thematic areas. Both regular and small projects are represented across these objectives, though regular projects dominate in number. Regular projects made up 68% of all submissions, while small projects accounted for 32%.

Altogether, the submitted applications involved more than 420 partner organisations from across the Programme area, underlining the broad commitment to regional cooperation and innovation.

Fifth Call for Project Proposals: Received Applications

The data includes information on Programme Objectives as well as partner origins and roles in the applications.
The Joint Secretariat is now conducting admissibility checks, followed by content assessments. The final decisions regarding project funding will be made by the Monitoring Committee, comprising national, regional, local, and social representatives from Estonia, Finland (including Åland), Latvia and Sweden.
The Monitoring Committee will make final decisions on project approvals on 27-28 January 2026.
