A quick nudge to all applicants: The Fifth Call for Project Proposals closes tomorrow, 30 September 2025, at 12:00 EET.

We’re happy to see that several applications have already been submitted. Applicants are strongly advised to submit their applications as early as possible. Jems will automatically close at the deadline (30 September, at 12:00 EET), and after that submitting of an application is no longer possible.

We look forward to your innovative ideas and strong project proposals that aim to bring positive change and impact to our regions.
