Tender Notice: Media Monitoring Service for Central Baltic Programme 2021 – 2027

The Central Baltic Programme 2021–2027 has opened a public tender for a media monitoring service to strengthen programme-wide communication across Estonia, Finland (including Åland), Latvia and Sweden. The procurement is carried out by the Regional Council of Southwest Finland in line with Finnish public procurement law.

The service will help monitor and analyse cross-border media visibility in online, print, social media, TV and radio channels, providing real-time insights and multi-language coverage across all programme countries. The service will be available for up to seven users.
