International Consortia and Strategic Cooperation Summit in Ankara, Turkey

Join with us in November 3rd in Ankara, Turkey or there is possibility to join partly online as well. As part of FinFest -event embracing the Turkish – Nordic collaboration, INGOs -project will organize an international consortia and strategic cooperation summit. During this effective afternoon its all about dialogue betweem stakeholders representing different organizations. The focus is to get connected and identify joint interests and cross-border collaboration that can we pushed forward in forms of fundable concept papers etc.

13:00 -13:15 Seminar opening & Key Takeaways from AidEx Geneve (Ingos -project is organizing this event there), (hybrid)

13:15 – 14:00 Online introducions getting to know each other (hybrid)
– Introduction of attending UN, NGOs and other Civil Society organizations
– Introduction of attending private sector participants

14:00 – 15:00 Ideation session (hybrid)
– Attending UN, NGOs and other Civil Society organizations can preset on topic what they want to bring on the table. This can be challenge they are struggling, project or a program they would like built or working on, or even just a new idea what they would like to make happen. This can be then commented further and present Q&A from other attendees.

15:00 – 16:00 Turning the ideas to concepts (in person)
We will run in person a workshop session, where the ideas presented and comments added will be crafted to a concept papers and further turned into the projects.

UCIM (Association Against Children Abuse)

They have many celebrity members which make the organization widely known in Türkiye.

KAISDER (Women Employers and Industrialists Association of Turkey)
KAISDER was established in Ankara in December 2016 by a group of women entrepreneurs and industrialists. The association aims to empower women in business and industry, support female leadership, and promote gender equality in the economy. It organizes networking events, mentorship programs, and policy advocacy initiatives to strengthen women’s participation in economic and social life.

SEED – Sustainable Education and Information Association
SEED works to promote sustainability through education, research, and knowledge sharing. Its mission is to provide communities with access to reliable information, raise awareness about environmental and social issues, and develop innovative educational programs that foster sustainable development all around the world.

City Council (Kent Konseyi)
City Councils in Türkiye are participatory platforms where municipalities, public institutions, NGOs, and citizens come together. With more than 200 councils across the country, they include 300 NGOs working on issues such as youth, women, environment, and local democracy. Their mission is to strengthen civic participation and build transparent, inclusive cities.
