What’s included?
The programme runs from March to May 2026 and brings together online learning with unforgettable in-person experiences. You’ll start with a kick-off webinar on 3 March, followed by seven interactive online sessions on Tuesdays throughout March and April.
Then comes the highlight: a hackathon event in Tallinn on 9-10 April (we’ll cover your travel and accommodation), and a workshop in Helsinki on 6 May. Throughout the programme, you’ll balance independent learning with collaborative group projects, all whilst building connections that could last a lifetime.
By the end, you’ll have practical AI skills you can use immediately, a certificate from two respected institutions, and a network of professionals who understand your challenges and ambitions.
Who is this for?
This programme is tailored for women aged 50 and over working in office-based roles or other knowledge work support functions in Finland and Estonia. Whether you’re AI-curious or already experimenting with these tools, you’ll find value here. The training is delivered in English, with support available for Finnish-speaking participants.
