Does your strategy align with your customer?

The companies selected for the CDG-Booster Accelerator programme have gathered in Grand Marina Helsinki to tackle the constant challenge of making sales. The 1-day event provides hands-on advice from the award-winning marketing consultancy Aava & Bang. The morning began with a keynote, “Building an Unstoppable Sales Machine,” delivered by CEO Mikko Kalliola. The two-part keynote explored various strategic options for growth. The key idea is that a company must be aware of its strategy to understand what it is doing and how the actual product aligns with the approach. “Marketing and strategy are pointless if you’re product is not good”. For this, companies must understand what the customer (not all possible customers) needs, wants, and aspires to. That’s where the customer insights come along. Before you can attract 20,000 gamers, you have to be able to make one customer happy.
