FINESTJAPAN – New sales for Digiotouch

An Estonian company Digiotouch secures its first customer in Japan through the FINESTJAPAN project after focused preparation and local engagement. Entering the Japanese market is demanding, as sales rely on trust, long-term commitment, and personal presence, making the first deal a significant milestone.

Digiotouch develops Digiotouch AI, a solution that turns web-based and in-person meetings into concrete action through clear follow-ups, key takeaways, and multilingual memory. By joining the FINESTJAPAN-project, the company aimed to enter the Japanese market and secure its first local customer.

The project’s local partner Ciriot played an important role by supporting customer communication, navigating cultural specifics, and building trust. With Ciriot’s support, Digiotouch reached its first customer in Kyoto and closed its first deal in Japan. Kyoto Montsuki is a valued and well known Japanese textile company which utilizes the Digiotouch AI solution in their wide international customer and stakeholder activities.

The experience confirmed the importance of local presence and support in Japan. Building on this milestone, Digiotouch is fundraising and planning further expansion in the Japanese market, including several visits to Japan in 2026.
