Triinu Hansen

Triinu Hansen has been active in the startup landscape since 2018. She has served as COO in various hardware and software startups.

In 2019, Triinu was also a co-founder and COO of the startup Flok (formerly known as Canese). In addition, she has been part of Produktiivsusklubi and has built her own systems based on Getting Things Done by David Allen, applying its principles to building company systems in startups.

As a mentor, Triinu helps create effective systems both in personal life and in business, thereby laying a strong foundation for a company, defining next steps, goals, and an actionable plan. Triinu believes in working and living intelligently to ensure peace of mind, knowing that everything important gets done on time.

Maria Laanelepp

Maria Laanelepp is a graduate of the first cohort of the Tartu Centre for Creative Industries and a digital project manager at NOPE Design Agency.

Maria is a designer, educator, project manager, mentor and a future group psychotherapist. She has worked with many different types of companies ranging from private individuals to larger corporations, she has several years of experience in communication & marketing design, project management and service development. It allows her to combine her creative soul with the functionality of my profession and have various work-life options. Maria sees her future in product & service management, training teams to have better relationships and making the world a better place to live in.

Kristiina Kaldre

Kristiina Kaldre is skilled in Strategic planning, HR, Coaching, Problem Management, Customer Service, Software Project Management, Process Management, Training, Storytelling.

She has attended several trainings in management, leadership and coaching. Coaching has influenced her working methods and has helped to achieve many targets and goals with my team. She is open minded, enthusiastic and value transparent communication.

Mayri Tiido

 Mayri Tiido is a trainer with 10 years of experience with 5 dedicated to sustainability and circular economy.

Mayri is a curious person, she began delving deeper into global discussions on sustainability and climate change. This led her to audit her own lifestyle and eventually to rethink my own underutilised resource — her economics degree.

Mayri’s mission is to use her skills, charisma and serial optimism to inspire people and organisations around the world to take steps towards a circular economy.

 

Teet Torim

Teet Torim is an AI and business growth expert with international experience, the founder and CEO of Non-Tech AI Advisory, and the director of the AI SALON Porto chapter. He helps companies integrate artificial intelligence into their daily workflows in ways that create measurable business value.

Kaide-Liis Luht

Kaide-Liis Luht is a Founder and CEO of KL Raamatupidamine. She has worked for many years in the field of accounting and financial management, her focus has been on accurate bookkeeping, efficient processes, and clear financial communication. She works with the conviction that well-organized finances support a company’s stability and enable informed management decisions.

Kaide-Liis believes it is essential for entrepreneurs to have a partner who does more than simply complete tasks — someone who thinks along with them, anticipates potential bottlenecks, and helps create confidence that the company’s financial management is handled professionally. Her goal is is to support entrepreneurs through clear financial solutions, systematic processes, and well-functioning collaboration.

Petteri Kolinen

Petteri Kolinen is a future oriented strategic designer and former CEO. Petteri has been creating holistic and desirable brands as a business leader, and high volume consumer products and services as a designer. He has the ability to drive businesses with human driven value creation. I.A. the path from innovations to products, services and brands. Creating meaningful brand concepts, and making sustainable business strategies to happen in practice.

Elsa Ervasti

Elsa Ervasti is helps growth-stage companies clarify their messaging and build visibility that supports sales, recruitment, and brand development. Elsa’s background lies at the intersection of content, communications, and public speaking. She has written pitches, blogs, and podcast scripts, coached presentation and communication skills, managed event program content, and executed multi-channel marketing (LinkedIn, social media, podcasts).

Sampo Järvinen

Sampo Järvinen is a doctoral Researcher and a lecturer.

Piia Mäkilä

Piia Mäkilä is a trainer in media and communications technology. She produces various digital trainings and digital assessments. Piia also provides content production services. In addition, she is a tourism and accommodation entrepreneur. Since 2021, she has worked as the lead trainer and developer of the Retkeilyluotsi courses, as well as a media and communications technology trainer at Mäntyharju Adult Education Center. She is at her best in strategic planning. Her Master’s thesis (Executive MBA / Master’s degree) on the strategic planning of digital tourism marketing is also used by South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences (XAMK) in teaching Master’s-level students as an example of tourism development work.
