The start of the Silver Entrepreneurs journey

The Silver Entrepreneurs project has officially launched its training sessions, opening doors to participants eager to learn about entrepreneurship opportunities. This project has attracted individuals who are not only keen on embracing entrepreneurship challenges but are also filled with ideas and a drive to learn and evolve.

Diverse dreams, singular goal

The training, designed specifically for the 60+ age group, involves individuals looking to become or evolve as entrepreneurs and has been met with an overwhelming sense of enthusiasm and commitment from participants. These aspiring future entrepreneurs come with a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences, and stories, all united by a common goal – to turn their dreams and ideas into tangible businesses. The diversity among the participants fosters a rich learning environment, where each individual brings something unique to the table, contributing to a collective pool of wisdom and insight.

The joy of sharing knowledge

Equally invigorated by the start of this journey are the trainers, a group of professionals and successful entrepreneurs themselves. They have expressed their excitement about the opportunity to guide, mentor, and share their expertise with the participants. The trainers are not just there to teach but to inspire, encouraging each participant to delve deep into their passions and explore their entrepreneurial spirit. Their dedication goes beyond the curriculum, offering personalised consultations, mentoring, and support tailored to each participant’s idea and vision. The project team is especially eager for international mobility, which will happen later and will give the chance for participants from all three countries to meet and share their experiences and work together.

Focus on practical learning

The Silver Entrepreneurs project emphasises practical learning, pushing participants to actively work on their business ideas right from the start. The training sessions are interactive, involving workshops, group discussions, and hands-on activities that not only teach the fundamentals of starting and running a business but also allow participants to apply these concepts to their projects. This approach ensures that by the end of the programme, each participant is not just equipped with theoretical knowledge but has also made significant progress in bringing their business idea to life.

Community

One of the key aspects of the Silver Entrepreneurs project is its ability to foster a supportive community among participants and trainers. This network will become a powerful resource, providing encouragement, feedback, and connections that can be invaluable in the entrepreneurial journey. This entrepreneurship project is not just about individual success but about lifting others and growing together.
