Time to join the FestiSkills Hunters international event management training programme

There is an opportunity to join the FestiSkills Hunters international training programme, designed for women aged 40+ living in rural areas who wish to develop their skills and knowledge in festival and event management. The programme aims to provide participants with practical competencies, inspire new ideas and connections, and offer professional support from trainers and mentors to help implement their own event concepts.

The training is led by experienced professionals from Estonia and Finland. The programme runs from August 2025 to June 2026 and includes both in-person sessions and eight online trainings. The final meeting will take place in Viljandi, Estonia.

In addition to learning about event planning and management, participants will receive mentoring for developing their own ideas and support in writing project applications.
