Monitoring Committee meeting (first decisions on the fourth call)
In the Fourth round of calls in 2024, particularly for regular projects, the Programme Monitoring Committee decides which regular projects can move forward to the second step.
The deadline for submitting the first-step (regular project) applications to the programme’s electronic system, Jems, is between April 9th and April 30th, 2024. After that, the assessment period begins to prepare for the Monitoring Committee’s meeting.
The Monitoring Committee meeting is scheduled for 10th and 11th September 2024. In this meeting, the Monitoring Committee will decide which regular project application can move forward to the second step.
This committee includes representatives from national, regional, local, and social sectors of the participating countries and Åland.
List of regular projects selected to the second step
The list of regular projects chosen to proceed to the second step will be made available on the programme website on 11th September, following the decisions of the Monitoring Committee.
Second-step application phase
Second-step application phase continues for regular projects which will be selected to proceed to the second step. These projects must submit their applications in Jems between October 10 and October 31, 2024, by noon Eastern European Time (corresponding local time 12:00 in Finland, including Åland, Estonia, Latvia, and 11:00 in Sweden).
Final decisions
Final decisions for regular projects in the second step will be made by the Monitoring Committee in mid-February 2025.
