The project aims to boost entrepreneurship among women aged 40 and above through a customised entrepreneurship programme in the creative industries, conducted in cross-border cooperation. The “Creative Bloom” mentor programme is specifically designed for creative women.

Expected results
The programme fosters the entrepreneurial spirit of women and boosts entrepreneurship in the creative industries. It involves cross-border cooperation between Estonian and Latvian partners, who collaborate to implement the project and develop the creative industry sector.
Through this project, the number of creators will increase and entrepreneurship will become more diverse.
