The Fourth Call Closed with 72 Project Proposals

The Fourth Call for regular and small project proposals closed today, 31 October, at noon (EET), with a total of 72 submitted project proposals.

A total of 72 project proposals were submitted to Jems on time, with 40 being regular projects and 32 being small projects.

All regular project applications which were selected for the second step submitted their final application. Out of all submitted 40 regular project proposals, 16 were submitted to the general call, and 24 to the targeted call. A more comprehensive statistical review will be published next week.

We extend our gratitude to all applicants for submitting their project applications. The submission period for the Fourth Call for small projects and the second step for regular projects opened on 10 October and closed at noon (EET) on 31 October 2024.

Next Steps

The Joint Secretariat will begin conducting admissibility checks, followed by content assessments. The final decisions regarding project funding will be made by the Monitoring Committee, comprising national, regional, local, and social representatives from Estonia, Finland (including Åland), Latvia and Sweden. The meeting will take place on 26-27 February 2025. Based on the Monitoring Committee’s decisions, the list of approved small project acronyms and regular projects will be promptly published on the programme’s website.
