Wrapping up 2024 and planning ahead – The B4G team gathers in Latvia
A chilly breeze from the Baltic Sea and a cloudy sky set the scene as the Bridging4Growth team gathered in Jūrmala, Latvia, for our latest project meeting. Despite the grey weather, the energy inside was high as we reviewed our progress so far, and set plans for the year ahead of us.
A year of impact
We took a deep dive into the year that has passed and the project achievements during that time. Reflecting on how many companies have joined the project, participated in delegations, and how many we continue to support. Looking back on the past year’s delegations, we shared valuable experiences and insights from our trips, with an extra focus on the US and Uzbekistan, which took place during the autumn.
New year, new action
Looking ahead, we outlined our strategy for the upcoming year, with two major delegations in sight: Brazil in April and a potential trip to Uzbekistan in September. Our discussions focused on ensuring the success of the companies and making the most of the project’s final year. Communication efforts were also a key focus, analyzing how effectively we’re reaching our audiences and identifying areas for improvement.
A sign of longevity and stability
Between sessions, we took a refreshing walk on the beach and visited Jūrmala’s iconic turtle statue, a symbol of longevity and stability. The cold wind and drizzle didn’t dampen our spirits; instead, they added to the charm of the day. Wrapping up, the day left us with a renewed sense of focus and determination for this year ahead of us.
