Social Business Academy Participants Go to Leadership Camp
This weekend, the third and final cohort of Social Business Academy participants from Latvia and Finland gathered in Tallinn for the Leadership camp to get inspired, connect and improve their leadership skills.

✨On Friday, participants explored design thinking principles in a session led by Elīna Bušmane and Charles Bourrier from Design Elevator.
💡Saturday started with participants learning about effective dialogue and critical thinking from Bart Cosijn from Estonian Dialogue Academy.
🌱 The workshop was followed by a session led by Kaspars Kondratjuks and Alberto di Genaro. Participants explored self-awareness techniques and practical leadership tools.
💬 On Sunday, the participants pitched their social enterprise ideas and received feedback. The topics ranged from art therapy to career support for women in tech. The most motivated people will have the opportunity to continue working on their ideas with mentor guidance.

🤝 The project is implemented by Reach for Change Latvia, Radošās Idejas, Juvenia, and Lahden Diakonialaitos.
This activity was supported as part of “Social Entrepreneurship for Youth Empowerment in Finland and Latvia”, an Interreg Central Baltic Programme 2021-2027 project co-funded by the European Union (SocEntYouth ID CB0100057). The activity is financially supported by the Society Integration Foundation from Latvian state budget funds allocated by the Ministry of Culture.
