Mentoring Programme Training: “Creative Entrepreneur Finances – Accounting and Taxes”

The women participating in the “Creative Bloom” project programme have once again come together, this time in Alutaguse Municipality, at Kurtna Community House.

During the short training session held on February 18th, titled “Creative Entrepreneur Finances – Accounting and Taxes”, we discussed financial topics. The focus was on accounting, reporting, various taxes, and other essential information that a starting entrepreneur needs to know.

The session was opened by Kaie Moisa from FMJ OÜ. She managed to present complex topics in a very simple and understandable way, offering plenty of practical examples and advice, and all questions received answers on the spot.

While accounting topics initially caused quite a bit of anxiety and fear among participants, by the end of the day, their faces were brighter and there was much less confusion about dealing with the world of numbers.

  • By the end of the day, participants were reassured that accounting is not rocket science!
  • The annual report is the business card of every company – it must be in order.
  • There are always people you can consult when needed.

Everything is much clearer now when it comes to finances!
