The creative industry mentoring program “Creative Bloom” is moving forward at full speed!

Just earlier, in 17.-18. march we held a two-day training focused on “Service Development“.

To lead this topic, we invited Dan Mikkin, a highly experienced service designer and an expert in his field.

The two training days were rich in content and covered various important topics such as the:

  • user and their perspective, the customer journey,
  • personas, values and value proposition,
  • prototyping,
  • and more.

There was a good balance of theory and plenty of hands-on practice through group work. The training concluded with role-playing exercises where participants had to solve different client situations. This final activity brought out some great acting skills! Everyone embraced their roles with full dedication.

With each session, our knowledge grows, new collaborations and joint initiatives have started to take shape, and together we are developing the creative economy in Ida-Viru County.

Wishing you all sunny and inspiring trainings too! :)))
