Project LEF Network Azerbaijan 2nd incoming trade mission

An incoming business mission involving Azerbaijani companies took place across three countries in the Central Baltic region from 6 to 12 of April, 2025. The mission began in Pori, Finland, continued in Tallinn, Estonia, and concluded in Riga, Latvia. The aim of the mission was to strengthen existing partnerships and explore new opportunities for cooperation.

In each country, the participating companies took part in B2B meetings and individual visits to potential business partners. They were also welcomed at special receptions hosted by embassies and at the Azerbaijan House in Helsinki, providing valuable networking opportunities in a professional setting.

A key highlight of the mission was the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Estonian company Triumf Health and the Azerbaijan Psychologists Association. This agreement will allow for the distribution of an educational game for children in Azerbaijan, supporting mental health and learning in a fun and accessible way.

Many of the companies had already participated in earlier business missions to Azerbaijan, so this visit served as an important follow-up. Several discussions were held about future cooperation agreements and potential projects in different fields.

The mission included companies from a wide range of sectors, including education, green technologies and waste recycling, tourism, logistics (such as navigation systems), the film industry (VFX), business consultancy and distribution, architecture, and more. These areas offer strong opportunities for collaboration and innovation between Azerbaijan and the Central Baltic region.

This successful mission clearly showed the mutual interest in building long-term business relationships and increasing trade between the regions.
