JASMEX – Joint Acceleration of Smart City and Sustainable Mobility SME Export to Third Countries supports smart city and sustainable mobility SMEs from Finland, Sweden and Estonia in entering complex, procurement‑driven markets in Canada and Turkey.
The project transforms individual niche companies into competitive cross‑border consortia capable of delivering integrated solutions that meet buyer expectations. Through joint market intelligence, consortium‑building and hands‑on export support, JASMEX helps SMEs overcome barriers related to market access, scale and credibility, enabling them to compete successfully in international tenders.
Expected results
JASMEX will provide internationalisation support to at least 90 SMEs, strengthening their capabilities in market entry, consortium‑building and procurement processes. As a concrete outcome, at least 15 SMEs are expected to achieve sales and contracts in Canada or Turkey.
The project will also establish lasting cross‑border collaboration models and joint offering practices, improving SMEs’ ability to access global markets and generate sustainable growth beyond the project lifetime.
