Have your say on simplified cost options and the future Central Baltic programme
We invite you to share your experiences with simplified cost options (SCOs) and your views on the possible move towards a more performance-based approach in the 2028-2034 programming period.
What the survey covers
The survey focuses mainly on SCOs used in the Central Baltic programme 2021-2027. You are also welcome to draw on relevant experience from other funds.
Why your feedback matters
The European Commission will link future programme payments to achieved milestones and targets. A similar approach may also be considered at project level, where payments could be based on completed milestones, targets, or larger unit costs.
No decisions have been made yet, so your feedback is especially valuable at this stage. By responding to the survey, you can help shape the programming and implementation of the Central Baltic programme 2028-2034.
Next steps
The programming of the Central Baltic programme 2028-2034 is expected to be in full speed in the autumn. This is the first in a series of surveys through which we will gather input on both operational and thematic questions.
