First decisions on the Fourth call for regular projects are expected on 11 September
The Central Baltic Programme 2021-2027 Monitoring Committee will gather in Sweden on 10-11 September 2024 to make first decisions regarding the Fourth Call for regular projects.
First step decisions
The Monitoring Committee will decide on the first step of regular project applications during this meeting. The list of approved project acronyms will be published on the programme website after the meeting. We expect to publish these decisions by the evening of 11 September.
Second step application phase
Projects selected to proceed to the second step must submit their applications in Jems between 10 October and 31 October 2024, by noon Eastern European Time (12:00 in Finland, including Åland, Estonia, Latvia, and 11:00 in Sweden).
Final decisions
Final decisions for regular projects in the second step will be made by the Monitoring Committee in mid-February 2025.
About the Calls
The programme received a total of 79 applications. After the technical check, it was determined that 32 proposals were submitted for the General call and 47 proposals for the Targeted call.
Each call covers all Programme Objectives but differs in scope. The general call was open to the entire programme area, while the targeted call focused on EU external border regions. All regular project proposals follow a two-stage submission process, with the first stage in April and the second in October (for selected proposals only).
