Jems is open for submitting project proposals

The electronic system Jems is open for submitting project applications to the Central Baltic Programme 2021-2027 third call (small projects) and second step of the second call (regular projects).

Submission of project applications must be done in Jems between 25 September 2023 and 16 October 2023 at 12:00 (EEST). The deadline is at 12:00 Eastern European Summer Time (12:00 in Finland (including Åland), Estonia, Latvia and 11:00 in Sweden.

The Programme specifically encourages developing a small project proposal to the third call for two Programme Objectives as their expected results are likely to be achieved with the approach of small projects:

Note that the timing is linked to the submission of regular projects’ second step application phase.

Monitoring Committee decisions will be made on 6-7 February 2024 along with the final approval of the regular projects in the second step.
