Do you have a great idea but aren’t sure how to turn it into a business? Are you looking for a career path that’s creative, meaningful, and rooted in your community? This autumn, the Enhanced Employment Opportunities in Rural Areas project is launching the second round of its international entrepreneurship training – and it could be your chance to make it happen!
Whether you dream of starting a nature‑based tourism service, opening a small café, launching an IT solution, or turning your hobby into a source of income, this program will give you the skills, confidence, and network to get started.

- 80 hours of training led by experts from Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, and Ã…land
- Inspiring guest speakers – successful entrepreneurs who have built businesses around their passions
- Practical tools to develop and test your business idea

💡 Who can join?
We welcome rural residents aged 18-25 and 50+ who want to explore self‑employment and new opportunities. No prior business experience is needed, just curiosity and motivation!
