AI Idea Day is an interactive event designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) explore the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and take practical steps towards its adoption.
The event will bring together entrepreneurs, business mentors, and AI solution providers to share experiences, exchange ideas, and explore real-world applications of AI. A key highlight will be inspirational success stories from companies in Latvia, Finland, Sweden, and Estonia, offering valuable insights into how businesses across the Central Baltic region are using innovation and technology to overcome challenges and support growth.
Participants will hear firsthand experiences from Groglass (Latvia), Auttaa (Finland), Augurium (Sweden), and Ethos (Estonia), followed by an introduction to the RAISE programme, an EU co-funded Interreg Central Baltic initiative supporting growth-stage SMEs in developing and implementing tailored AI solutions.
Through RAISE, selected companies can benefit from financial support for AI solution development and implementation, along with individual mentoring, practical workshops, and international collaboration opportunities. The event will also provide insights into the programme’s eligibility criteria, application process, and tips for preparing a successful application.
The afternoon will be dedicated to one-to-one mentoring sessions and networking, giving participants an opportunity to discuss their business challenges, AI ideas, and potential implementation plans directly with experts.

AI Ideation Day is particularly relevant for growth-oriented SMEs established within the last five years, already active in the market, and interested in exploring how AI can support their business development.
