Maris Vutt, PhD, is a distinguished legal expert specializing in dispute resolution and corporate law. She serves as Counsel and Co-Head of the Corporate Practice Group at TGS Baltic, a leading law firm in the Baltic region. In addition to her legal practice, Dr. Vutt contributes to academia as a Lecturer in Company Law at the University of Tartu. ​Dr. Vutt’s extensive experience encompasses advising on complex civil disputes and providing strategic guidance on corporate matters. Her dual roles in both legal practice and academia position her uniquely to offer valuable insights into the intricacies of cross-border business operations within the Baltic and Nordic regions.​
