She serves as Counsel and Co-Head of the Corporate Practice Group at TGS Baltic, a leading law firm in the Baltic region. In addition to her legal practice, Dr. Vutt contributes to academia as a Lecturer in Company Law at the University of Tartu. Dr. Vutt’s extensive experience encompasses advising on complex civil disputes and providing strategic guidance on corporate matters.
