This training cycle will provide participants with new knowledge and practical skills that will help them integrate more successfully into the labour market and everyday life. The program will strengthen self-confidence and identity while offering opportunities for practical experience in local companies and support in finding a job. At the same time, participants will benefit from valuable international exchange, broadening their horizons and building new connections.
How to Apply?
To join the training, interested persons must fill out the online application form: ej.uz/hero2025. The number of places is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
This training cycle promotes not only individual growth but also community cohesion and social inclusion. The project helps to build a more open, tolerant, and inclusive environment where everyone can find their place and contribute to the development of the local community and region.
