Silverskill Training Day 2: Self-analysis and Goal Setting

The next training session of the Silverskill (Hõbetalent) project will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at TalTech Virumaa College (Järveküla tee 75, Kohtla-Järve, Auditorium 9), starting at 11.00 AM.

The session will be led by Kaire Viil, a leadership coach, mentor, and trainer from Selged Sihid OÜ.

The focus of this session will be Self-Definition (Module 1), guiding participants through self-analysis and goal setting, as well as analyzing their strengths and weaknesses.

Agenda:

  • 11.00 – 12.30 Self-analysis and goal setting, analyzing personal strengths and weaknesses
  • 12.30 – 13.00 Energy break – time to enjoy coffee, snacks, and networking
  • 13.00 – 14.30 Discovering your “superpowers” – how have you increased awareness on these topics?

This inspiring and interactive session will provide participants with valuable insights into self-reflection and personal growth.
