Silverskill Training Day 11: Generational Transitions and the Sense of Belonging

The next session of the Silverskill (Hõbetalent) training program will take place on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at TalTech Virumaa College (Järveküla tee 75, Kohtla-Järve, Auditorium 9), starting at 11:00 AM.

This session continues Health and Well-being Management (Module 3) with a focus on generational transitions and the sense of belonging.

The session will be led by Tõnu Lehtsaar, a communication psychologist and experienced trainer.

Agenda:

  • 11:00 – 12:30 Generational Transitions – exploring how societal and family dynamics shift across generations.
  • 12:30 – 13:00 Energy break – enjoy coffee, snacks, and networking.
  • 13:00 – 14:30 The Sense of Belonging – understanding how connections and relationships shape our well-being.
