Silverskill Training Day 13: E-services and Digital Operations

The next session of the Silverskill training program will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at TalTech Virumaa College (Järveküla tee 75, Kohtla-Järve, Auditorium 9), starting at 11:00 AM.

This session continues Digital Skills (Module 4) and focuses on the use of digital services and practical tools that support creativity and efficiency.

Trainers: Mare Roosileht, Mihhail Pavlov, Maarika Virkunen, Valeria Juštšenko

Agenda:

  • 11:00 – 12:30 E-services and Digital Operations – using online platforms, exploring AI tools, and getting to know Open Office.
  • 12:30 – 13:00 Energy break – time for coffee, snacks, and informal discussions.
  • 13:00 – 14:30 Hands-on Practice – applying AI solutions, using Open Office, and working with Canva, an easy-to-use online design tool.

💻 Please bring your own laptop if possible, as well as login credentials for your email, ID-card, Smart-ID, and Mobile-ID.

This training provides useful knowledge and skills to help participants confidently use digital tools in both daily life and creative projects.
