Silverskill Training Day 16: Developing Entrepreneurial Competencies

The Silverskill training program continues on Saturday, September 20, 2025, with the next session of Entrepreneurship Skills (Module 5). This day will focus on developing entrepreneurial competencies and understanding different approaches to entrepreneurship.

The session will be led by Sirje Ustav, Senior Lecturer and Head of Studies in the field of Entrepreneurship and International Business at TalTech’s Department of Business Administration.

Agenda:

• 11.00 – 12.30 Entrepreneurship and Competencies – exploring entrepreneurial skills and business models
• 12.30 – 13.00 Energy break – time to enjoy coffee, snacks, and networking
• 13.00 – 14.30 The Entrepreneurship Process – from environmental awareness to financial literacy
