Silverskill Training Day 20: Defining the Target Audience and Choosing Communication Channels

The Silverskill training programme continues on Saturday, November 15, 2025, with a session focused on Communication and Marketing Skills (Module 7). This training will help participants understand how to define their target audience and choose the most effective communication channels, as well as how to create a clear and meaningful marketing and communication plan.

The session will be led by Piret Lember, Marketing and Branding Specialist at TalTech Virumaa College.

Agenda:

  • 11.00 – 12.30 Defining the Target Audience and Choosing Communication Channels
    Understanding who you want to reach and how to communicate effectively.
  • 12.30 – 13.00 Energy Break
    Coffee, snacks, conversation, and time to rest.
  • 13.00 – 14.30 Developing a Marketing and Communication Plan
    Practical guidance and examples for planning consistent and meaningful communication activities.
