Silverskill Training Day 21: Teamwork and Leadership Skills

The Silverskill training program continues on Saturday, November 29, 2025, with Module 8 – Teamwork and Leadership Skills. This session focuses on how to build effective collaboration, set growth-oriented goals, and develop leadership grounded in trust and responsibility.

The session will be led by Kadri Keerme, a solution-focused coach, mentor for small business owners, and trainer in well-being and personal development.

Agenda:

• 11.00 – 12.30 Leadership and Goal Setting – how to set growth-oriented goals as a leader and use networking and collaboration to strengthen results.
• 12.30 – 13.00 Energy Break – enjoy coffee, snacks, and conversations.
• 13.00 – 14.30 Teamwork and Leadership in Action – exploring leadership built on both freedom and accountability.
