Silverskill Training Day 22: The Role of Listening in Teams and Leadership. Final Session.

Join us for an inspiring and engaging training day on 13 December 2025 at TalTech Virumaa College in Kohtla-Järve. This is the final session and focuses on enhancing teamwork and leadership skills through practical, interactive learning.

Under the guidance of lecturer Mare Roosileht, participants will explore the role of perception, active listening, and constructive feedback in effective collaboration and leadership. The day includes two workshop-style modules designed to support both personal and professional growth.

• 11.00 – 12.30 “Do You Really Hear Me?” – the role of perception and listening in teams and leadership
• 12.30 – 13.00 Energy Break – enjoy coffee, snacks, and conversations.
• 13.00 – 14.30 Feedback as a Mirror for Growth. My silver talent journey. Recognition and appreciation.
