Silverskill Training Day 4: Concept of Mentorship and Its Relevance in Life
The next session of the Silverskill (Hõbetalent) training program will take place on Saturday, November 23 at TalTech Virumaa College (Järveküla tee 75, Kohtla-Järve, Auditorium 9), starting at 11.00 AM.
This session will be led by Mare Roosileht and Anu Piirimaa.
The focus will be Mentorship (Module 2), exploring the concept of mentorship and its relevance in various aspects of life.
Agenda:
- 11.00 – 12.30 Introduction to mentorship and coaching – who benefits from mentorship and where it applies in life? Exploring generational differences and effective communication strategies across generations.
- 12.30 – 13.00 Energy break – enjoy coffee, snacks, and networking
- 13.00 – 14.30 Identifying personal strengths through group work on mentorship, providing participants with an opportunity to test their skills.
This session offers a valuable opportunity to understand mentorship’s role in personal and professional growth, while also fostering meaningful connections.
