Silverskill Training Day 5: How Adults Learn and Setting Actionable Learning Goals.

On Saturday, December 7, 2024, the next session of the Silverskill (Hõbetalent) training program will take place at TalTech Virumaa College (Järveküla tee 75, Kohtla-Järve, Auditorium 9), starting at 11.00 AM.

The session will be led by Kaire Viil, a leadership coach and trainer who specializes in helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential.

This session will focus on Mentorship (Module 2), exploring how adults learn and setting actionable learning goals.

Agenda:

  • 11.00 – 12.30 Discover Kolb’s Learning Cycle and real-life examples of effective mentorship techniques.
  • 12.30 – 13.00 Energy break – enjoy coffee, snacks, and networking.
  • 13.00 – 14.30 Plan your learning goals with practical activities, including the “Hero’s Journey” group workshop.
