Silverskill Training Day 6: Discovering Your Potential as Mentor

The next Silverskill (Hõbetalent) training session will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at TalTech Virumaa College (Järveküla tee 75, Kohtla-Järve, Auditorium 9), starting at 11:00 AM.

This session continues with Mentorship (Module 2) and focuses on participants discovering their potential as mentors.

The workshop will be led by Kadri Keerme, a solution-focused coach and mentor specializing in well-being and personal development.

Agenda:

  • 11.00-12.30 “Me as a Mentor” – Understanding responsibility partnerships and the role of mentorship.
  • 12.30-13.00 Energy break – enjoy coffee, snacks and networking.
  • 13.00-14.30 “Support Others Through Your Strengths” – A hands-on session on leveraging your strengths to empower others.
