Visual Merchandising Workshop: How to Create a Memorable Shopping Experience?

Join the workshop on September 23rd at 10-13 (EET), where we will explore different aspects of visual merchandising – from carefully planning the customer journey to nuances of store lighting and color use.
Topics covered in the workshop:
- Customer Journey, which is at the heart of every shopping experience. We’ll discuss how a carefully planned customer journey increases satisfaction and loyalty.
- Seasonality and its impact on sales. We will discuss how seasonal campaigns and product selections, as well as their presentation, affect customer behavior and sales results.
- Emotional buying. We will explore how emotions influence purchasing decisions and how we can use various tricks and insights to create memorable and positive shopping experiences.
- Lighting and colors. We will talk about how the right lighting and use of colors can transform the store’s atmosphere and influence the mood and behavior of shoppers.
This workshop will provide you with fresh ideas and inspiration to make your store even more attractive and successful.
The workshop is conducted by Daivi Kitsapea, who has been working with customers and retail for over 20 years at Sportland Estonia stores. She is a true enthusiast in her field, constantly seeking new perspectives on retail and product presentation. Currently, Daivi works as the commercial director at Sportland Estonia AS. She started as a customer service representative and has worked as a store manager in both small and large stores. On a daily basis, she deals with opening new stores, seasonal displays, brand baskets, inspiring product stories, as well as analyzing sales results and trends.
As an experienced retail director, Daivi will share practical tips and strategies in the workshop on how to create memorable and positive shopping experiences that captivate customers and increase their loyalty.
The workshop is FREE, but registration is required. The workshop is organised in Estonian.
