Applications Open!

The Grow Nordic & Baltic (GNB) project, a premier cross-border scaling-up programme, is officially accepting applications until September 25! Co-funded by the EU’s Interreg Central Baltic Programme, GNB is a powerhouse collaboration between Turku University of Applied Sciences, Helsinki Incubators, Uppsala Innovation Centre, and LIFT99.

Expanding across borders and securing international capital requires more than just a great product. It demands the right connections and a strategic entry to new markets. And that is exactly where GNB steps in! We are looking for ambitious, founder-driven teams with a strong digital core. If your startup is under five years old and officially based in Finland, Sweden, or Estonia, this programme is built specifically to help you navigate this journey.

Starting this November, selected startups will join the first cohort and build their scale-up path. The programme kicks off with a baseline analysis to build a coaching roadmap tailored to the participating teams’ growth needs. From there, they will dive into cross-border market immersion, leading to a networking summit in Uppsala in February 2027. Founders will work closely with mentors and coaches from across the region to refine business models and foundational strategies. To prepare startups for international fundraising, intensive pitch training will also be provided, leading up to the opportunity to present their businesses to an audience of international investors at the Latitude59 conference in Tallinn in May 2027.

Our goal is simple: to help you confidently embrace the unknown and turn your regional potential into international success.  Applications are open until September 25! Teams ready to step onto the international stage can submit applications here.
