CargoRes Partners’ kick-off meeting

The CargoRes project had its kick off event this week with a two-day partner meeting hosted at Laurea University of Applied Sciences (Laurea UAS), Leppävaara campus.

On Day 1, partners from Kotka Maritime Research Association (KMRA), John Nurminen Foundation (JNF), and Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) joined Laurea UAS for a productive day filled with presentations, workshops, and team-building activities.
We were also glad to have our Joint Secretariat contact point join us online to provide insights on administrative and practical matters, ensuring a smooth start to our collaboration.

Highlights from the day included presentations on project coordination, financial and communication planning, and partner roles and research contributions, all setting the foundation for a strong and impactful cooperation.

Tomorrow, Day 2, we continue with presentations from KMRA on earlier research and awareness-raising and dissemination activities, followed by insights from Race For The Baltic and other project partners.
