Cross-border meeting with all participating municipalities

On May 22, the SuRuMo project invited all municipalities with pilot sites to a joint meeting to discuss the project and explore how we can best collaborate on communication efforts. The goal is to encourage as many people as possible to download the app and try out the new mobility services.

A total of 12 people participated in the meeting, which began with a presentation of the project, including an overview of the various pilot sites and the selected modes of mobility. Participants were then divided into breakout rooms, where they had the opportunity to discuss shared challenges in smaller groups.

The meeting concluded with a presentation from the project’s digital platform provider, followed by a Q&A session where participants could ask questions and learn more about the platform. The meeting was a valuable opportunity for municipalities to connect, share experiences, and build a common understanding of how to promote the SuRuMo project. It also strengthened cross-border collaboration and laid the groundwork for more coordinated communication efforts going forward.
