Crossing borders, sharing ideas: Riga workshop brings new energy to the project
After the summer break, project participants gathered on August 13 in Riga for their face-to-face Progress evaluation and experience sharing workshop.
The event began with a lighthearted ice-breaking activity called “Summer Vibes.” Participants had to guess which of three statements was true, recall an object that best represents summer for them, and — as a team — create a meme, describe it, and come up with a catchy headline.
Then it was time for more serious discussions. Each team reflected on their key achievements in developing business ideas, shared major challenges, presented what had already been done, and outlined their future steps.
The next stage was to present their summaries to another team, receive feedback and advice, and then confidently share their stories with the whole audience.
Teams also worked on a detailed action plan covering essential business functions: general management and business development, human resources, marketing, sales and customer relationships, finance, and production. The workshop concluded with insightful partners presentations on how to register a company in Latvia, Estonia, and Finland.
We are now heading into the final stretch of the first cycle of our project — full of ideas, energy, and cross-border collaboration!
