EMI is here! Empowering young people across borders

The Central Baltic EMI project officially began in May 2025, and now things are really moving forward. We’re proud to state that our multicultural team works hand-in-hand to support young adults with a migrant background, creating content to support their opportunities in entrepreneurship and community life.

EMI prepares a hybrid training programme combining both online and in-person sessions, mentorship from local business owners, and cross-border collaboration between Finland and Latvia. The programme also includes a joint three-day training session, where participants will share and present their ideas.

Our goal is more than just skills: we want to boost self-confidence, encourage initiative, and give participants a pathway to economic independence and belonging in their communities.
