Exciting Collaboration at the CeMeWE Project Partners Meeting in Uppsala!

In May 2025, we had the pleasure of gathering in the beautiful city of Uppsala for the CeMeWE project partners meeting. This event brought together brilliant minds from across the globe, all united by our shared vision of supporting the employment of immigrant women in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Sweden. During the meeting, the collaborative spirit helped strengthen our partnerships and explore new avenues for collaboration. The main directions of the next steps were outlined to ensure the successful implementation of our initiatives.

🔹 Future Goals of the CeMeWE Project: The Central Baltic Mentoring for Migrant Women seeking Employment (CeMeWE) project aims to co-develop ways to support the employment of immigrant women in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Sweden. Our goal is to collaboratively develop a model that helps overcome barriers to employment, empowering these women to thrive in their new communities.

A huge thank you to all the participants for their invaluable contributions and our hosts in Uppsala for their warm hospitality. Together, we are making strides towards a more inclusive and supportive future!
