Great energy in the first face-to-face training in Riga 24–25 January

The first face-to-face training session in Riga took place on 24–25 January. The first day focused on getting to know each other, reflecting on the stages of integration, mapping personal skills, and developing a growth mindset and adaptability. Through group challenges and individual reflection, participants explored how adaptability works in practice in a new country.
The second day built on this by linking adaptability to communication, real-life business scenarios, and entrepreneurial skills. Interactive activities and discussions introduced participants to entrepreneurship in Latvia, including the local business ecosystem and different business forms. The EMI course in Latvia started with great energy, active participation, and rich peer learning, creating a strong foundation for the course.
