Hospitality and service culture training for Estonian entrepreneurs

Estonian entrepreneurs participating in the project took part in a two-days training focused on modern hospitality and customer relations, and how these can support the design of attractive experiences. The first training day took place on January 20, 2026 in Loovusait, Põlva region, and the second on February 18, 2026 at Wirkes Restaurant in Vergi, Virumaa region. The training was conducted by Signe Kiisk.
During the training, participants discussed and practiced how to develop a customer-oriented service culture and manage a modern customer interaction process. The main focus was on creating positive customer experiences and loyalty, communicating with clients from different cultural backgrounds, understanding customer needs, and building trustworthy and positive customer relationships.
The training also covered the principles of effective communication, the role of verbal and non-verbal communication, methods for preventing and resolving challenging communication situations, and ways to maintain inner balance in service situations.
